Hi Everyone. This week we received the first full shipping container which included 168 Oasis Coffee Tables. We've already shipped out these tables, and the first customers are starting to receive them! 

For many of you, it's been a while since you originally placed your pre-order for your Oasis Table. It's been a long wait, and now that we're starting to ship it's very important that you let our team know if your address has changed. 

Your shipping information can be found in your order confirmation email. If any changes are required, please send our team an email via support@grounded.so, and we'll get your shipping information updated. Our small but mighty support team is off for Thanksgiving, but they'll be back on Friday! When your table ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Timeline

Bamboo Coffee Tables are expected to ship in 3 - 4 weeks. All other orders are expected to ship in January and February. As soon as the tables arrive at our warehouses, we work to get them sent out to all of you as quickly as possible. 

We do prioritize orders that were placed earlier. Some of you have been waiting quite a while for your tables, and you'll be earlier in the shipping queue as a result.

We've gotten great feedback from everyone who helped beta test the Oasis Tables, and we're very excited to deliver them to all of you. I hope those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving have an enjoyable holiday tomorrow, and we'll post another update and reminder to inform of us of any address changes in mid-December.
